About my service & what to expect

As The Onsen Expert, I have am not only well-versed in onsen culture through visiting hundreds of onsens around Japan over the span of 10 years, but I am also a fluent Japanese speaker. I have worked solely in Japanese with Japanese companies for over 5 years, and hold numerous Japanese language certifications, such as JLPT N1 and Kanji Kentei Grade 3 (which even native speakers struggle to attain). This positions me perfectly to assist with communication, onsen-finding and research.

However, this is a relatively new service, so while you will have the upsides of a fully-tailored, free consultation service, it is an experimental process which may not be as smooth as using an agency. Despite this, I promise to do my utmost to provide a valuable, high-quality service to you, one of my first and most treasured readers.
